Coach Ajamu Olaniyan, the Sports Performance Director for the Wisconsin Thunder, founded Top Flight in 2006 and has fueled championship dreams and dramatically increased athletic performance. As an athlete, Ajamu holds the UW-La Crosse and the WIAC outdoor conference records in the triple jump (51' 8"), is a seven-time All-American, as well as a nine-time National Champion. His dominant career merited his being inducted onto UW-La Crosse's Wall of Fame in 2008 and named to the WIAC All-Time track and field team. 

As a coach, Ajamu has over 20 years of coaching athletes in basketball, baseball, football, soccer, and track and field. Many of his clients have earned college scholarships in their respective sports. He was the horizontal jumps coach at Greenfield, Muskego, and West Allis Hale high schools. Ajamu was the head track coach at Dominican High School, where he coached 100 m and 200 m state champion Deysha Smith-Jenkins. He also was the head track coach for Eastbrook Academy high school.He has directed Top Flight's basketball program since 2008, Top Flight track and field since 2013, and served as the director of sports performance for Pound Town baseball club from 2013 until 2015.  Ajamu now serves as director of sports performance for the Wisconsin Thunder baseball club as well as Milwaukee South Division high school's baseball team. Top Flight embodies a commitment and tradition of excellence, providing athletes with the championship-caliber experience and training.
